Newest Google Algorithm Change

Google has launched another missile for bloggers in the form of a Google Panda Algorithm update. This is the 24th revision of Google Panda since its launching in February 2013. This update was announced by Google onTwitter with a noticeable impact of1.2% of English search queries globally. The previous update was Google Panda#23 that was listed in December 21, 2012 which affected 1.3% of search queries.

Panda is updated from time to time in order to stop sites with poor quality content from working their way into Google’s top search results. When the Panda updates, sites previously hit may escape if they’ve made the right changes. It may also catch the sites that escaped before.

 

Matt Cutts announced that the Panda algorithm will soon be more integrated into overall continuous algorithm updates. This means that when Panda refreshes it will be in more real time and will be less obvious to webmasters and SEOs to detect.

Variety–For better ranking in the search engines, have a diversified link portfolio such as an anchor variety, dofollow/nofollow, high PR/no PR etc.
