Digital Consultant

We would like you to partner and interview with client stakeholders to gather and write business proposals for large-scale digital projects like website redesigns and online marketing. You will be required to work closely with clients to design solutions that meet with their requirements.

Key functional areas of responsibility

• Create and maintain documentation for digital projects and programs.
• Work on digital solutions through to the sales process – presenting to clients, working out proposals, working directly with the development and project management teams to ensure delivery of the projects that meet with their objectives.
• Partner with creative teams on new solutions to confidently present and prototype new ideas
• Keeping your finger on the market “pulse” communicating with external clients and evolving market needs to internal stakeholders.
• Maintaining a good knowledge of digital solutions and technologies and sharing your knowledge with our various teams and our clients of new developments, innovations and opportunities. 

Professional Skills & Qualifications

• Proven knowledge and experience in the digital area, familiarity with website and app development at an enterprise level
• Passionate about delivering integrated and innovate digital solutions that improve customer experience and drive proven results for our customers
• Creative, inquisitive, engaging and driven to deliver great results
• Attention to detail and always ready to push the boundaries
• Innovative, welcoming new ideas and evaluating and introducing new advancements
• Able to work across all aspects of digital solutions with the ability to achieve successful outcomes.
• Able to form strong relationships with both our clients and our development teams working on unique challenges
